Ibis Cancun Centro Hotel, Cancun

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were small and lacked amenities like a refrigerator, safe, or microwave, and there was a shortage of water during our visit. Being close to the elevator meant some noise, and the room insulation could be improved. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the lobby area and restaurant were pleasant without being too expensive.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were standard IBIS rooms with comfortable beds and a large flat-screen TV, but they were not as clean as I expected with lots of hairs in the bathroom. The floor was dangerously slippery and wet, and the staff wasn't very helpful. The lack of basics like a coffee machine or bar fridge was disappointing.
